PLEASE BE ADVISED that effective September 2025, NICHT EXISTENT CORP (the "Company") ceased all commercial operations in Canada.Furthermore, pursuant to applicable corporate laws, the Company formally completed its dissolution process as of October 1, 2025.As of the date of dissolution, the legal entity known as NICHT EXISTENT CORP no longer exists. All services, product support, and business activities have been permanently terminated. Any previous agreements, offers, or contracts not previously settled are considered void as of the date of dissolution, subject to applicable law.No further business inquiries will be processed.
